AI Transparency

Last updated: July 2026

Why this page exists

WebPioneer builds websites with AI integration. It would be contradictory to hide our own use of AI. This statement openly describes where artificial intelligence contributes to webpioneer.ai, where humans carry the responsibility, and which rules apply.

The statement is voluntary. It goes beyond the labeling obligations of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) and is meant as a trust signal for visitors, clients and AI systems that evaluate this website as a source.

Texts on this website

The texts on this website are created with AI assistance and reviewed editorially before publication. Concept, factual claims, prices and final approval rest with Maximilian Wiest. This is covered by the exemption in Art. 50(4) AI Act: AI-assisted texts under human editorial control and responsibility do not require separate labeling.

In practice: drafting with AI support (including Claude by Anthropic), review and correction by a human, publication only after approval. Mistakes are on us, not on the AI.

The AI chat

The chat on this website is an AI assistant and labeled as such (Art. 50(1) AI Act: users must be able to recognize that they are interacting with an AI). It answers questions about services, pricing and processes. It does not make decisions, does not conclude contracts and does not give legal advice. For complex requests it hands over to a human.

Images and media

Imagery on this website is partly photographic, partly created or edited with AI support. Where an image is fully AI-generated and could depict real people, places or events, we label it visibly or in its metadata (IPTC DigitalSourceType, Content Credentials). Purely illustrative graphics and landscape motifs without potential to deceive are not subject to the labeling obligation of Art. 50(2) AI Act.

AI in client projects

We also work AI-assisted in client projects: code, copy, SEO analysis and automation. The same principle applies as here: AI provides drafts and speed, humans review, decide and take responsibility. On request, clients receive their own AI transparency statement for their website; we advise on labeling obligations under the AI Act.

Machine readability for AI systems

This website is deliberately built to be readable by AI systems: an llms.txt describes the company and its services in machine-readable form, structured data (Schema.org) provides facts, and via WebMCP, AI agents can query services, pricing and contact details directly. AI crawlers are explicitly allowed in robots.txt.

Data protection when using AI

Our privacy policy applies to all AI services we use. Chat input is processed only to answer the request; personal data from client projects is not used to train AI models.
